Our multi-disciplinary team specialises in a range of services to ensure you receive the help you need. We are the only one-stop mental health team of this kind in Perth.
Children, young people and families
We help children, adolescents and teenagers with depression, stress, anxiety, ADHD, self-harm issues, anger and other problem behaviours. We provide family health services so you can repair relationships and work collaboratively to enhance family relationships.
Adults and couples
We provide mediation, counselling and other services to help you through relationship issues, divorce, personal struggles and mental health problems.
Individual counselling can help you overcome life’s challenges, including depression, anxiety, lacking clear focus or struggling with grief. Through counselling we want you to reach your highest potential.
We also offer psychiatry services and our consultant psychiatrist works with our clinicians as part of the multi-disciplinary team. Our psychiatrist specialises in working with children and adolescents.

Training and education
Our wholistic approach to family therapy includes training and education for health professionals and those working with young people. We deliver training relating to mental health and working with young people. Our courses highlight current practice and research. We also are available for clinical supervision.
Our group sessions often help individuals and couples realise that their relationship issues are not isolated. Our staff run group work programs for children, young people and adults.
