Francesca is a qualified counsellor with a strong academic foundation in psychology, having earned both her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from the University of Florence, Italy—an institution renowned for its rigorous curriculum and comprehensive training in psychological sciences. In addition, she holds a Certificate IV in Mental Health and a Diploma in Counselling accredited by the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors (AIPC), further broadening her practical skills and knowledge.
With extensive experience as a youth worker, Francesca has worked closely with young people in diverse community and educational settings, gaining valuable insight into the unique challenges faced by adolescents and their families.
