COVID-19 – Information for clients

Due to the current developments we are now offering reduced rates for all of our counselling sessions. 
We would like to share with you how we’re responding to coronavirus (COVID-19) as we all come to terms with this unprecedented situation.  We are aware that it is affecting all our families, our business, our communities and our way of life and our highest priority is to ensure your safety and peace of mind. As such we are taking all reasonable precautions to respond to the day to day fluid state of affairs. We are closely monitoring updates and recommendations from all government authorities and industry bodies.  We accept that new information must be taken into consideration and we are committed to respond accordingly.

  • Will Head Office Health be seeing clients?
    The health and wellbeing of our clients and broader community remains a priority for all Head Office Health clinicians. We will continue to provide services throughout this period of social isolation and social distancing with flexible options available. Telephone, Telehealth and E Health services can be delivered via phone or online using platforms such as Skype or Zoom.
  • Will there be any additional fees involved with a phone or video consultation?
    Previously our session fees ranged from $150 to $250 with some private health funds offering rebates. We are aware these difficult times have caused some people to experience elevated anxiety and distress as well as impacted them financially. For a limited time, we have decided to offer sessions at a reduced rate. A 60-minute appointment will now start at $115, please contact us to take advantage of this offer. Please note this does not include Psychiatry fees. Please call if you would like further information relating to Psychiatry services.
  • How do I now make an appointment?
    Please call Head Office Health on 0894381976 and we will be able to guide you through the appointment process. You can also book via our website. Please click on the “Book Now” button.
  • I have a phone/video consultation appointment, what now?"
    If this is your first time using teletherapy with Head Office Health, we will contact you to confirm the best telephone number or email address to reach you for your consultation. Here are a few tips we would also recommend.
